PERSONAL TRAINING
Your workouts will take place in an exclusive private gym with just you and your trainer.
Following a comprehensive assessment, we will identify your strengths and weakness and develop a customized plan to ensure you reach your own specific goals.
Virtual training is also available.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
An hour long class maximum of 6 people. This is a perfect setting if you’re returning to fitness, pre and post natal, or just need to build confidence before joining a bigger group class.
Following an assessment, classes are designed based on the needs and abilities of each specific group.
HITT FIT TRAINING
A 45 minute class of people 10 max. still allowing appropriate modification.
These classes are filled with variety, always including cardio, core, strength, balance and flexibility. Having fun is important but the priority is ensuring everyone is challenged appropriately.
SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING
What ever your sport, we can work alongside side you and make sure your workouts are addressing you sport specific needs.
Either one to one basis, or if you have a few team mates, contact us and we can plan groups sessions help reach your goals.
NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM
“We are what we eat”….but knowing what to eat, when to eat, even how to eat can be a mine field of mistakes.
We can work with you to identify why you might not be eating optimally to achieve your desired goals, and help you make the necessary changes to optimise health and performance.
YOGA CLASS
This class will help you start at the beginning, working on simple sequences, gentle poses with long holds, focusing on calming the mind, soothing the body and cultivating a sense of peace that can carry us into the rest of the week.
